Total RCM Solutions is a St.Louis, MO-based company that has been providing exceptional medical billing and coding services to specialty physician practices and ambulatory surgical centers.

We were founded by healthcare executives as a solution to their on-going billing and coding problems. For over 15 years, we have been working to provide our clients with superior, outsourced medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management services.
